The Global Climate Change Alliance Plus (EU GCCA+) is a flagship initiative of the European Union helping the most vulnerable countries respond to climate change. It started in 2007 and has a worldwide scope, with over 80 programmes in Africa, Asia, the Caribbean and Pacific region.
They asked me to illustrate a 360º virtual exhibition navigating across different environments – oceans, fields, forests, deserts and buildings – to discover the many ways people can take action against climate change.
Combining 16 photos of different projects in Suriname, Chad, Ethiopia, Marshall Islands, Tanzania, Liberia, Malawi, Mauritius and Cambodia, I stitched together the various landscapes in a unique imaginary environment.
Visitors are encouraged to discover the projects by exploring the panorama, clicking/tapping on the photographs overlapping the illustration and reading the additional content.
