Koncept VR has been commissioned by World War II Foundation to create a 360 documentary about about the African-American combat pilots.

In the VR/360 film “The Tuskegee Airmen,” veterans of the 332nd Fighter Group recount their experiences as some of the best combat pilots of the war. Their journey took them from training at the newly established air base in Tuskegee, Alabama, in the segregated South, to flying bomber escorts in Ramitelli, Italy. Their stories highlight their determination to overcome obstacles and prove their worth, to fight prejudice and systemic discrimination before they even faced the enemy.

Several panoramic illustrations has been drew to extend the archival footage on the 360 frames.
